District partnered with Generation Schools to create a Teacher Leadership Program to work alongside the accountability committee in order to break down data and implement strategic priorities.

Teacher Leadership Team reviewed the past five-year history of the district to determine underlying issues leading to a decline in assessment scores.

Team met for three days in June 2021 for intense investigation. This team meets monthly and will have another three-day retreat in June 2022. This team will continue this practice yearly

Teachers Leadership Team grouped teachers through Color’s workshop in individual PLC’s. These PLCs will observe each other's classroom using SIOP as the guiding practice.

TLP started PLCs in August 2021. The groups will observe one another quarterly throughout the 2021-2022 school year.

CBOCES SIOP experts will observe the PLCs and classroom teachers using the SIOP instructional practice guide. After observing the classroom teachers will meet with expert to review and reflect.

Teachers began meeting in the fall of 2021 to review math curriculum and begin looking at a district wide adoption overhaul of this subject matter. NWEA and CMAS Data shows that students district wide are not meeting expected performance levels. District wide alignment will ensure that learning gaps are addressed.
